The purpose of the American Egg Board (AEB) is to convey the value of the incredible eggs as one of nature’s most nearly perfect foods to consumers in the U.S. The U.S. Secretary of Agriculture appoints the board members, which include egg producers from every region in the country. These board members all represent certified state and regional organizations.
